This are rules for the strikes:
If you get 3 strikes, you withdraw for one edition. If you then get your 4th strike, you will leave this contest forever !

If you don't confirm in time, you'll withdraw for the edition, if you don't confirm in the next edition in time, too, some one else will get your country.

Confirming, but don't sending entry in time - 1 strike
Cheating - 4 strikes
