Astana, Kazakhstan - Rumours are spreading around Kazakhstan like crazy about the possible withdrawing from the contest. Usually Kazakhstan has confirmed early on, however this time the confirmation is still left undecided.
No comment has been given from NTK.
Reality: I'm still not sure whether or not I'll withdraw from this edition. I have a bit going on in real life plus my internet is kind of sucky. If I confirm I'll probably confirm on the very very final days
