With Poland and Armenia almost certainly returning in 2013, could there be any withdrawing countries?
Currently, the only country that is likely to withdraw is Slovakia, because it almost did in 2011 and 2012.
And maybe Andorra, Monaco or the Czech Republic could return too, making it more!

Andorra will not they plan to withdraw fro EBU completely But Czech Republic might return and possibly Luxembourg and Morocco

I think that Czech Republic and Armenia return, I don't see many chances for Andorra, Luxembourg and Morocco, and unfortunately I don't be very sure for Poland's return, because TVP1 really don;t like Eurovision, and they don't want to take part on it, even of a lot of people want it :/

I think that Armenia will definilty return but i think that Greece will withdraw also I hope for the debut of Liechtenstein in 2013 and the return of Morocco
