Anglovision designs

I now have Microsoft Office 2013, so I've been trialing some new designs, as I realize that the design for the first edition was not up to my normal standard.

Here is the first design I've made up:



The grey area is where the artist's picture would go. I want to make the artist-photo area less wide, but I can't think of any good designs to accommodate that.

Any suggestions and reviews would be appreciated
