I am really sorry Phil and Matt, that it came to that but you know what, I can perfectly understand  My last two years of school and the work has gotten plentiful.. when I had 1 hour to do work, it's now nearly 2. And with exams coming in 2016 I don't even know how active I will be. I will be active everyday, but not like whole days. But! That's a story for another day. There's lot to think of when times like this come. But the main fact: School is more important, and you dedicate time to it  As for FSC I will not withdraw. Although I hope someone else may take it over and continue it as it is. So I will not lose hope. |

So, uh, I guess it's time for me to say something, eh?  Lol, I really want to thank Phil and Matt for keeping up the contest as long as they did, and also for giving me the chance to take over and run it. At the moment, I'd like to do it on my own, but if it comes to the point where I need help, I'll ask those of you who offered ( Tom and @fizzyfrost, if I'm not mistaken). Now as for continuing FSC 40, I'd personally like to finish it out. We all sent songs and some of us voted, so why waste that effort? However, I'd like to know what you think, because I can see how it might be stale at this point and not worth the energy to bring it back. Anyway, I can't wait to continue into the future with you guys!  |

I've already started looking for a new contest to join.. Sadly Well, that's your choice then and I respect it  If the contest goes on with a new admin, then of course I won't leave. It's been like 2 months since 40th edition started and i though FSC will remain inactive. I'll be glad if Nick takes the contest. I was already sad because I'd have to join a contest which is extremely crowded, have annoying semi finals and people voting for mainstream songs. Many of my FSC entries would fail badly because i have different music taste than most of people in contests. But what I've clearly seen, FSC has something different, and I just love that.. Hopefully everything will continue in a same way. As for your withdrawal decision, I totally respect and totally understand ofc Because I did the same thing a few editions before too. There is no need to add more explanation. |

This is exactly why I'm stepping away from some contests that I really enjoy to run FSC; it's a really unique and special contest that brings a lot of good to the contest world. As far as I'm concerned, FSC is a vital part of the system, and if it did in fact die, another contest would probably take on our role as the "oddball contest" (not that I intend to let it die).  |

 nick you won't add too many changes to the contest, will you? By the way I'm sorry to see the hosting period of  Phil and  Matt was that short. However, I enjoyed the editions they hosted and I totally understand their decision. |
