Why is  (ended 18th) in the qualification battle and  (ended 23th) not? Because 23rd of SF1 withdrew from #17?   Macedonia was forced to withdraw, and so Malta didn't have an opponent. In the topic you can read that  Estonia would have been the opponent of Macedonia. And only the bottom 6 of each semi final (19-24) would be in the qualification battle and Greece ended 18th. |

From #18 it will be like this
Country A vs. Country B
Country C vs. Country D
Country E vs. Country F
country F withdraws
Country A -> SF
Country B vs. Country C
Country E vs. Country D
I am deeply sorry that Austria is in SF and Morocco in QB, but everything will become fixed.
