QUALIFICATION BATTLE
The bottom 6 of each SF plays aginst each other:
Last of SF 1 against last of SF 2 (based on SF results) , until 6th last.
Some of the countries which would normally be in the QB have a lucky charm that the other country withdraws.
These are the duels:
Israel vs. 
Greece
France vs. 
Kosovo
Morocco vs. 
San Marino
Egypt vs. 
Belarus
These 2 duels won't exist due to the fact one of them is not in #17:
Austria (in semi-finals) - oponnent would've been 
Tunisia
Estonia (in semi-finals) - oponnent would've been 
FYR Macedonia
