Welcome to the opening of the show ISRAVISION SONG FESTIVAL ("isra" by Israel+ vision) this is the show wich will select the song who will represent 
Israel at the great European show North Vision Song Contest !
The Selection delain becaus of many IBA difficulties , and now we have more sponsors to hold this event , so enjoy !

IBA difficulties , and now we have more sponsors to hold this event , so enjoy !ISRAVISION SONG FESTIVAL is the first national selection of Israel , where will compete songs for representing the country at NVSC !
The Host City and the venue will be choosen bt IBA in every edition!
There will be 10-15 songs selected by an internal jury formed by experts in Israeli Music Industry
The songs must be original (No covers , no plagiarism) .
The song must contain the artists's voice , it can be in hebrew or 
English as main language and other additional languages as flagfance French , 
Spanish , 
Arab etc. and it must be no longer than 6 minutes and no shorter than 3 minutes.
The songs will be san live by the artists in the act of 3 minutes.
After all the songs performed , the presenter will announce the Start Voting and the people from home can vote their favorite in mss or calling at the number allocated for each song !
The final results are 50% televoting and 50% jury .
The jury will be international from 15-25 countries which will apply at the beginning in every edition. The system of jury voting is

The winner is the song with the most points by the combinations of the jury results and public results .
