1. No. (See first post in thread) 2. Yes  Can you tell me the free countries, citizens or what is free? Basically you find an English artist then discover what "ceremonial county" they come from. You can usually do this by checking the box to the top-right of a singer's wikipedia page. For example Robbie Williams is from Staffordshire. Hope that helps |

But ELO came last, but it may be because it got an incorrect time part as I wanted the aria part of the song lol, anyway. What do I know if this could change the result . |
