Despite initially putting off another edition of this contest, I've decided to open the submissions for the third edition, which will commence in December! 
Rules for artists and bands:
1. The singer must have lived in a county you want to send him/her for.
2. At least one of the members of a band must have been born in a county you want to send them for.
3. Non-English solo singers cannot participate.
4. Starting from this edition, participating bands must have at least 75% British* and at least 25% English members
(*) "British" meaning English, Scottish, Irish and Welsh
