  MONTENEGRO WITHDRAWS! Today, RTCG has announced that Montenegro will not participate in the upcoming edition. Return of the country is possible in the future. Real reason: I won't be able to vote in the next edition. I need to study more as my mom was angry about some of my marks… Also i will try to vote in the final soon  |

I'm not quite sure, but I think if 8 countries withdraw, a PQR is not necessary  55 - 8 = 47 = 21, 21, 5 We'll see how the outcome is after the full results have been announced and submissions have closed |

Late again... It's Asma Mahallaoui for Tunisia! Asma Mahallaoui has been internally selected to represent Tunisia in NVSC #12!
This isn't the first time that Asma participated in a song contest, as she participated in the arabic song contest, Star Academy.
The song has been said to be revealed around mid-end of December.
