  MONTENEGRO WITHDRAWS! Today, RTCG has announced that Montenegro will not participate in the upcoming edition. Return of the country is possible in the future. Real reason:
I won't be able to vote in the next edition. I need to study more as my mom was angry about some of my marks… Also i will try to vote in the final soon  Why?! Please read his spoiler,  |

 BHRT: Bosnia & Herzegovina will participate in the next edition!Bosnia & Herzegovina will participate in the next edition even if their participation was in doubt a few days ago. Entry will be elected via internal choice. National selection was planned to return for the 13th edition most likely. More info to come soon. |
