Despite not qualifying from the PQR last edition, public interest in Kazakhstan remains high and NTK has decided that Kazakhstan will keep participating in NVSC, however most probably the entry will be chosen internally.More info will be released soon.I found an amazing song  |

 KVF confirmed the withdrawal of the Faroe IslandsNo further reason was given by the spokespeople of the broadcaster.
A cut in the funds for the only Faroese broadcaster could be the reason. |

4 withdrawals already  But a few withdrawals imo is actually a bit good. Maybe the number will go under 50  I don't even mind 50 participants, but who knows? It could go under 50, or maybe reach it ;D |

After some backlash in the media over NTK's claim of high public interest to NVSC, NTK released a chart showing both view and vote counts over the editions.
NVSC #11 has by far had the largest view count for PQR + Semi-Finals, and NTK expects NVSC #11 to be the most viewed edition of North Vision ever.
NVSC #6 has had by far the lowest view count, but part of the reason is that Kazakhstan didn't participate, and NVSC #6 was not heavily promoted.So far, the most viewed edition is NVSC #9.The view and vote count for NVSC #5 was not measured by NTK, but by KTK. |

 MØ to represent Denmark?MØ has been often rumored by the media as a possible representative of Denmark, especially during the first editions. The singer said once in an interview that DR proposed her to represent the country in the contest but she declined due to her schedule. However, the singer's recent tweet shows that she is working on a new song, most likely for the contest. However, nothing has been confirmed neither by the broadcaster or the singer. Apart from that, it also seems like that the singer has been following the contest and has watched the current edition's first semi-final. Right after the performance of Amaranthe in the semi-final, MØ tweeted the following: Would you like MØ to represent Denmark in the contest? |
