This question comes because the Swiss broadcaster wanted to compete with a Serbian song. But, should every nation be allowed to enter the contest?

If yes is voted, here would be the rules:

The language of the songs must be in a Balkan Language (Slovene, Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian, Montenegrin, Albanian, Bulgarian, Macedonian, Romanian, Hungarian and Greek) Only Turkey and a Balkan nation can sing songs in Turkish. citizen who released songs in one of these languages and shows Balkan culture, they are allowed to enter.

The purpose of the Balkan music bash is to expose the NBU to Balkan culture and music therefore allowing other nations to add to the Balkan music would be interesting.

If voted yes, this rule would be implemented during BMB 2.
