"We Got The Night" for Sweden!SVT has just announced that Rebecka Karlsson (14 years old) will represent Sweden in the fifth edition of Junior Northvision Song Contest with her song "We Got The Night".
Recap part: 2:23 onwards
The song was written by Felix Persson and Märta Grauers from Le Kid, along with Malin Johansson. Good luck to Rebecka!

With 23 competing countries, the Junior Northvision Song Contest still remains a successful music competition.
The NBU and AVROTROS would like to welcome Bosnia & Herzegovina, Belarus, The Faroe Islands, Lebanon, Morocco and Belgium which will either return or debut. Slovakia, Ukraine, Cyprus, Ireland, Hungary, The United Kingdom and Russia confimed their withdrawal from the contest. All the broadcasters have time until 27.12.14 to submit/change their entries via internal/national selection.

[!] Spain has choosen its entry internally tonight! [!]Tonight Spain has choosen its second entry for the 5th edition of the Junior North Vision Song Contest, which will be held in the country of origin of the HoD of Spain. Spain will be represented by... María Isabel with her song De Qué Vas! The song is recorded in 2006, when singer María Isabel was just 11 years old. She's basically known in Europe for being the second winner of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, held in Norway in 2004. Watch the official video here below and enjoy our entry! Yes Tom, it can't be accepted The rule was changed for realism and to avoid situations like the Estonian one in JNVSC#1 when Sandra Nurmsalu sang lol The singer must be under 16 at this moment

Yes Tom, it can't be accepted The rule was changed for realism and to avoid situations like the Estonian one in JNVSC#1 when Sandra Nurmsalu sang lol The singer must be under 16 at this moment Too weird, I can't accept this rule. x D If the children sung their song before or in 2000 and where back then 16 or younger I really can't see the problem. I would like to request a meeting about this rule again.

I would like to request a meeting about this rule again. There are many +16 artists who composed their songs when they were children, but if they'd try to enter JESC with them, they would be rejected
