Too weird, I can't accept this rule. x D If the children sung their song before or in 2000 and where back then 16 or younger I really can't see the problem. I would like to request a meeting about this rule again. There are many +16 artists who composed their songs when they were children, but if they'd try to enter JESC with them, they would be rejected At the moment they would, but when they were children I couldn't see why they would be rejected with those songs back then.

Did it frighten you, how we kissed when we danced on the light up floor?

Ehm.. because they're not children anymore?

This is weird.
Why can't a person who was under 16 when the song was published participate with an own song and why can covers be accepted?

But in the videoclip I see a child. I think you have to imagine the videoclip comes from 2014, not 2006 - nor the song and the childs age singing it.

I think you have to imagine that the artists are performing their song live... nowadays and not back in 20XX

You can imagine the artists are doing their performances live, today in 2014. Even though the song seems to come from a year which is unacceptable in the eyes of the organisation. Is my imagination that bad if I think this is a suitable solution?

You can imagine the artists are doing their performances live, today in 2014. Exactly, but if you do, the artists aren't children anymore I think that makes sense, doesn't it?

Why can't a person who was under 16 when the song was published participate with an own song and why can covers be accepted? Let me find a song Adele sang when she was 5 so I'm sure I can win with it.

It's unrealistic. Even if my song is from 2011, Doria is still under 16 and takes part.. I won't send a song from Dino Jelusic, because he sings in 2003.. he's 22 now (damn That long ago )
