As some of you shown interest and the
Moroccan owner hasn't done anything yet, I decided to start the contest(Name yet to be known) with the Kazak idea of 46 Muslim nations.
As you can see below are the eligible nations, would like some help if possible by people
Nations that are red and bold can not be taken by anyone else other then the owners of the that nation in the NBU, unless given permission from the owner.

* Songs can be in any language.
* Singers must be from the country or at least have BOTH parents from the nation
* Songs that were used in the North Vision Song Contest are not allowed to take part.
* Songs that are from a NVSC selection are allowed BUT not the winning that represented the nation.
* You may host a national selection not required.
* A minimum of 11 nations is required to start an edition.
* A maximum of 46 nations are allowed to take part in any edition.
