LOL I thought I already confirmed
 Spain confirms for the  13th edition of the  North Vision Song Contest.  The entry will be most probably selected internally and the Spanish HoD has already an entry in mind. Keep an eye on.

I don't know does it work that way ? If you want to leave NVSC, the 1st on the waiting list would get your country. If you just want to withdraw one edition, you will stay with Portugal  |
