They started the submissions for their festival already in early August. So I'd say it's most likely they participate. Festivali i Kenges has been running for 53 years, just because they didn't compete in Eurovision for one year it doesn't mean that they're going to cancel it  They had some conflicts of interest with Kenga Magjike last year though so that's probably why they shifted up the submission period. We'll just have to wait and see Yes exactly. 100% agree there.  |

Dotan is not so sure anymore, they are talking about Douwe Bob now everywhere, I am still hoping that it wouldn't be Douwe Bob :/ |

According to the dutch commentator, Jan Smit, AVROTROS has yet to even make a decision.
They report that the decision is suppose to be made until January.
