Serbia will confirm most probably tomorrow!  Remember that only the full HoD of a country can confirm/withdraw, send a song, as for approval etc  I know he will send it |

Supposing that both  Serbia and  Malta will confirm, how many countries will qualify from the PQR ? 3/7 (= 20 countries per SF) or 5/7 (= 21 countries per SF) ? |

To be honest, i would rather send good entries from artists I know make good music rather send songs by unknown artists that I think are horrible singers/songwriters. I looks at song quality rather than who the artist is.
