Yes, Eurofestival is returning!
What does this mean?
Well, EFSC is back! But also, edition #2 will be reset, completely. It's like it never even happened.
Can I confirm with the country I already had?
Yes, in fact you have only 3 options to confirming - you can either confirm with the country you had, confirm with a free country, or ask someone else for their country/switch your country with someone else.
The country you had in EFSC #2 has been reserved for you only. No one else can confirm with this country, unless you let them do so. However, if you confirmed for EFSC #3, but didn't participate in #2, your country is not reserved and is considered free. You can reconfirm with it, if it's still free.
Can I confirm with the song I already had?
Yes, you can. You can also confirm with a new song if you wish.
Is there any changes to rules?
No, the basic ruleset still has to be followed. I also have to make clear that when confirming you must confirm with a broadcaster! Any confirmations, even if the country is reserved to you, will not be accepted, unless you supply a proper broadcaster.
