NEW RULES

1. CONFIRMATIONS
a. If you want to participate in The Forum Factor, you have to confirm without any country in your post.
You confirm as yourself.
b. Then, you will get random country and category [Girls, Boys, Groups, Unders].
c. Your entry will be accepted, if it isn't performed by Junior Eurovision/Eurovision artist, it didn't compete in more than 5 contests. Artist can compete for country, if he lives there now, he was born there or he has parents from there.

2. VOTING
a. You will have 1 week for voting in semi-finals, 5 days for voting in Wildcard Battle and 9 days for voting in Grand Final.
b. If you won't vote in this time period without any information about inactivity/non-possibility of voting (writing in your nickname, status or signature that you are inactive is enough), you will get a strike.

3. HOW CAN I GET A STRIKE?
a. You can get a strike for non-sending entry in time without any information as well as for non-voting in Semi-Final, Wildcard Battle (only, if you are participant of WB) or Grand Final.
b. If you will get 1 or 2 strikes, nothing happens, however, with third strike, you are banned from contests for 3 editions.

4. RESULTS & PRIZES
a. The results of Grand Final will be presented such as in Eurovision/Northvision, however with one change - the juries will be the countries, which qualified to final, while non-qualifiers will make our televoting.
b. The biggest prize is for winner - choosing its country and category, which he/she will have in next edition.
c. However, there will be new prizes from this edition on. Second and third place of last edition can change its country, if he doesn't like his/her 'normal' country two times. Fourth and fifth place can change its country only one time.

5. AWARDS & VOTINGS
a. At this edition, there will be held awards for best European song, best Asian-Australian song, best African song and one for best American song. They will be held after results of the edition.
b. Also, you will be able to vote in poll for songs that you liked the most and for award of the best non-qualifier. Voting will last from publishing of recap until closing the voting, while results will be published with results of Grand Final.
