 Poland - 115 points (−98)
 Albania - 103 points (−83)
 Lithuania - 99 points (−63)
 Austria - 87 points (−71)
 Azerbaijan - 87 points (−74)
 Cyprus - 86 points (−54)
 Morocco - 41 points (−42)
Spain - 35 points (−29)
 San Marino - 16 points (−19)

After the release of the #15 update...... the following countries have acheived their highest ever ranking: (listed along with previous highest ranking) Israel - 7th (previously 18th) Lebanon - 9th (previously 10th) Italy - 10th (previously 11th) Monaco - 11th (previously 14th) Czech Republic - 16th (previously 18th) Faroe Islands - 21st (previously 31st) Algeria - 25th (previously 34th) Sweden and  Norway retain their highest rankings of 1st and 2nd respectively... the following countries have fallen to their lowest ever ranking: (listed along with previous lowest ranking) Poland - 38th (previously 36th) Austria - 49th (previously 39th)
Morocco - 53rd (previously 52nd) Spain - 54th (previously 53rd) Moldova (48th), Cyprus (51st) and San Marino (55th) have all matched their lowest rankings. I'm currently re-organizing the spreadsheet containing the calculations for the Average Points and Total Points rankings, so they will take a bit longer to release this time  |

I've decided to retire the Average Points Received and Average Finishing Position rankings for three reasons: 1. I don't have the time to make all four rankings anymore. 2. There is hardly any movement anymore. In the average points ranking, there is no movement in the top 9 and there is a huge gap between 7th and 8th place. 3. They're not as interesting as the other two rankings. I hope you understand |

to my spreadsheet of NVSC results being destroyed. As a
result of the fact that I've lost interest in the competition,
