[#13] North Vision's Ranking of NationsI have calculated the RoN for after #13 and I will release it tomorrow.
Quite a few surprises 
The Average Points Received ranking will also be released tomorrow.

I've finally completed the spreadsheet containing all the historical rankings
From this I've found out the following things
After #13, the following countries climbed to their highest ever ranking: (noted along with previous highest ranking)
 Albania (12th - previously 21st)
 Croatia (15th - previously 16th)
 Faroe Islands (31st - previously 42nd)
 Germany (4th - previously 7th)
 Kazakhstan (7th - previously 31st)
 Poland (6th - previously 8th)
 Ireland (10th),  Switzerland (3rd) and  Ukraine (1st) have reached/retained their highest rankings
After #13, the following countries fell to their lowest ever ranking: (noted along with previous lowest ranking)
 Bosnia-Herzegovina (48th - previously 43rd)
 Czech Republic (49th - previously 48th)
 Denmark (17th - previously 12th)
 Lithuania (46th - previously 43rd)
 Portugal (52nd - previously 35th)
 Serbia (50th - previously 49th)
 Slovenia (55th - previously 54th)
 United Kingdom (18th - previously 16th)

Due to the fact that they are not participating in the 14th edition, the following countries already have their points determined for the #14 Ranking of Nations:
| Country | Points | Difference | | Bulgaria | 66 | -52 | | Moldova | 91 | -69 | | Romania | 102 | -65 | | San Marino | 35 | -29 | | Spain | 64 | -29 |
Unless Slovenia receives 0 points in the 14th edition, San Marino will fall back into last place in the ranking.

Some interesting facts about the most recent update the NVSC Ranking of Nations:The following countries have reached their highest ever ranking (listed along with previous highest ranking): Croatia (8th, previously 14th) Georgia (16th, previously 33rd) Germany (3rd, previously 4th) Ireland (7th, previously 10th) Lebanon (10th, previously 21st) Monaco (14th, previously 15th)The following countries have matched their highest ever rankings:
Norway (2nd) Sweden (1st)The following countries have reached their lowest ever ranking (listed along with previous lowest ranking):
Bulgaria (51st, previously 48th)
Moldova (48th, previously 39th)
Portugal (54th, previously 52nd)
Romania (47th, previously 32nd)
The following countries have matched their lowest ever rankings:
San Marino (55th)
Spain (53rd)
Other facts:
Ukraine's points loss in the #14 ranking (-119) is the second worst points loss in the history of the contest, after FYR Macedonia's loss (-124) in the #08 ranking.
The #14 ranking is the first where Ukraine is not in first place since #07, when France was in first place.
Sweden is 1st in the ranking for only the third time.
Currently, only Sweden (#01, #03, #14), Denmark (#02), France (#03 to #07) and Ukraine (#08 to #13) have been first place in the ranking.
