Foreign acts need to become approved by the NBU council that's why you will receive a strike and that's why she is disqualified

Uhm, I can be sure. How realistic is she participating for Italy? How realistic is it that she would participate in NVSC/Eurovision? Right 0% The NBU council has a sense for realism, so it is safe to say she wouldn't become approved. |
