You cannot say she would not have been approved before having a vote, that is just presuming. Uhm, I can be sure. How realistic is she participating for Italy? How realistic is it that she would participate in NVSC/Eurovision? Right 0% The NBU council has a sense for realism, so it is safe to say she wouldn't become approved. She actually has Italian heritage, unlike Reigan, who had no connection to Luxembourg at all. |

You can either choose an Italian act as 10th act, send a new foreign act for approval or leave it as 9 participants.
