The New System is:
World Selection
You can send singers from all over the world.Then,when one singer and song win will be represent the country which are native.Then,some countries will go to TVSC!
If you have 4-6 Participants,3 singers will pass to TVSC.
If you have 7-9 Participants,4 singers will pass to TVSC.
If you have 10-12 Participants,6 singers will pass to TVSC.
If you have 13-15 Participants,8 singers will pass to TVSC.
If you have 16-20 Participants,10 singers will pass to TVSC.
