Astana, Kazakhstan ― NTK confirmed a Kazakh national selection officially today. The new format is called Äwenfestïvali and will be used to determine Kazakhstan's entry for the 15th edition of North Vision.
The format of the selection will be the following:
- Five songs will be participating.
- Each of Kazakhstan's 14 regions will have a jury, which will rate each song on a scale of 1 to 5 points.
- These jury results will then be combined with the televote results from the entirety of Kazakhstan.
- Two of the songs will then pass onto a gold final, where only televoters can decide the winner.
- The winner of the gold final will represent Kazakhstan at NVSC #15.
The thread to confirm as a jury will be opened soon. |

RTÉ can confirm that Ireland will be taking part in the Northvision Song Contest 15 and also that they will be hosting another edition of Made in Ireland which shall be expanded to include semi finals due to increased interest.

  NTU (Pershyi Natsionalnyi) confirms Ukraine's participation in NVSC #15. The country's result in the 14th edition shall determine Ukraine's method of selection for the succeeding edition. |

 Tunisian participation still unsure
Nessma hasn't made any noise for confirmation or withdrawal from NVSC #15 for a while,
but the HoD of Tunisia has said the following to nvsctoday.com:
 It's still undecided whenever we'll be seeing Tunisia in NVSC #15 or not,
but I can confirm that a later confirmation will be made after the second semi final.The viewer ratings has gone down everytime we've missed the final, but thenew format of TTIIY was a huge success amongst the tunisian audience.We hope that the new format changed something for Tunisia,and could bring a final for Tunisia after 6 years.  (6 years being 6 editions)Tunisia will be making a decision regarding their participation in NVSC #15 after the second semi final results. |

 TVR announced that Romania would be returning to the 15th edition of the North Vision Song Contest!
The country's entry's selection process is yet to be announced but it is most likely to be internal. |
