Welcome to the North Laul #15 Grand Final!
Six acts will compete for glory in an evening full of music, emotions and competition.
The show will have, as in the last edition, a "First Round" and a "Superfinal", where the two best-ranked performances
will battle against eachother in an exciting duel for a place in the North Vision Song Contest.
In the First Round, both Jury Voting and Televoting will count and they will determine the qualifiers to the Superfinal together.
Judges will vote by ranking all the songs with 
for the best song, 
for the second-best song, 
for the third song, 
for the fourth song, 
for the fifth song, and finally 
for the last song. The Televoting will send text messages instead. Every forum voter is able to send up to 1000 text messages (SMSs) to each song. The voting system was slightly changed compared to last edition to increase the number of total votes.

Song 1 - 830
Song 2 - 400
Song 3 - 0
Song 4 - 1000
Song 5 - 570
Song 6 - 999
for the best song, for the second-best song, for the third song, for the fourth song, for the fifth song, and finally for the last song. The Televoting will send text messages instead. In the last round, only televoting will count, and the voting will be LIVE on Togethertube, while the two superfinalists' songs are playing in the background.
National Broadcasters will be the judges of the edition. The jury panel is made out of

πππππππ (NDR). Unlike last edition the jury panel won't be made of national music critics and experts but of international ones, coming from all the respective countries.
