Here you can confirm for Edition 3!!!
The rules are in the 1st edition, and there is a minimum of 18 countries before this edition will start!!!

Here are the few rules of the UMF!
1. We use regional qualifiers instead of semi-finals. So countries will qualifier from a European qualifying heat and an Asian qualifying heat, and so on. The number getting through will change depending on numbers.
2. If we get more than 24 participants then it will not be a straight final, there will be qualifying rounds.
3. You can borrow, if you are a very small country, but it must be checked with So$hy RELOADED
4. You must vote in the qualifier you are in and the grand final
