 TVRI hosted a press conference today regarding the North Vision Song Contest 15 in the capital of Indonesia, Jakarta, and some details were revealed and a very special announcement took place.
TVRI have founded a new non-profit organization named NVSC Indonesia (NVSCI) aiming to increase the NVSC fandom in the country and to become the number one place for Indonesian NVSC news. The group have been hard at work to create a new site, which is expected to release within the next few weeks.
In the press conference, it was revealed that Indonesia would have an unofficial vote for all shows, with the head of delegation and the public voting. It is currently unknown if juries will also take part in the vote. The full Indonesian top of NVSC 15 will be revealed in the next few days. |

TVRI have just revealed their plans in a press conference in Jakarta for the Indonesian votes in the shows. The nation will have an unofficial vote for all shows. Juries and televote will be 50% of the vote. Note that in the semi-finals, it was decided that the HoD would only vote. Depending if the interest is higher than expected, the public may be part of the vote for the semi-finals next edition. The juries consist of:
• Anggun
• Gita Gutawa
• HoD
Residents of Indonesia can vote in a poll on the TVRI site. They require to enter their cellphone number, and will be sent a text to verify their account. Once this is done, they can vote up to 5 times. These votes have no limit, so residents could vote for one song five times. The Indonesian qualifiers will get posted on the day of the qualifiers.
TVRI is also interested in possibly replacing a country's votes in any of the shows. If anyone is interested, please private message the HoD of Indonesia ᴛᴏᴍ ᴋʟᴏsᴇʀ. Thanks. |
