Welcome to the

Icelandic national selection for International Music Festival #28. This will be the first time that

Iceland will host an actual national selection series known as Söngvakeppnin Sjónvarpsins. It may be used for #29 on-wards too.

However, this edition there'll be 7 songs participating; you have to choose the best. All songs are either in

Icelandic or

English.

María represented

Iceland at

Eurovision 2015 with "Unbroken" scoring 14 points. She never took part in IMF before.

Glowie ft. Stony - No More

Quite an unknown artist, Glowie, will take part with "No More". (I only found her today

)

The next song will be in Icelandic! Since there's 7 songs, 3 will be in both and the last one will be decided.
