I'm not intending to start a drama at all, but imo Feminism has become overrated now.

Unpopular opinions related to online contests now
Choosing an artist to represent a country solely because of family links (Ariana Grande for Italy as example) is stupid. How about send an act that is actually from the country you chose to play instead of trying to make a loophole to send more Americans in.
Also, personally I think its stupid to pick a small country like San Marino or Faroe Islands and only ever send foreign (Italian and Danish in this example) acts - Maybe occasionally its fine but if you choose them then do some research and you'll find there are actually quite a few good local songs to be found. Just pick a different country if you don't wanna search a little harder

I'm not intending to start a drama at all, but imo Feminism has become overrated now. Feminism is a really important movement that has achieved important advances in in terms of human rights, it's a movement that not only fights for women but also for men, to stop toxic masculinity and end up with stereotypes. Maybe in some places it may seen not that important cause women have become more equal to men. But for example here in Latin America some countries have state of emergency for femicides, inequality of salary and places where 15 years old or younger are rape. And I haven't even talk about some places in middle east or Africa. I think it's a necessary movement and we should support it cause benefits everyone Also it's logic but just in case I'll point out, Feminism is not the same that hating men Also this is nothing against ur opinion Fabbi, just wanted to express my opinion on something I hear a lot

Controversial opinion
The world became so much more Homophobic because of Islam, Christianity and to an extent Judaism
Main reason why I think this: - To the best of my knowledge Europe was very much fine with the idea of mainly 2 men being together as shown in Ancient Greece and I believe it was similar in ancient Rome as for other groups of the time (Gauls, Celts, Iberians, Illyrians, Thracians, Dacians and Germanics) I'm not as sure but I do believe they happened they to but weren't looked down on. - Asia was also fine with this practice's happening but my knowledge ends at Europe so If someone does know more about Asia in this regard they are free to shine a light on it
As for Africa, Oceania, pre-islam Middle East and North and South America I have no known knowledge if it was seen as bad or not in these areas

- To the best of my knowledge Europe was very much fine with the idea of mainly 2 men being together as shown in Ancient Greece this is a sentence that has really bothered me every time it's brought up because the "homosexual" culture in ancient greece was deeply rooted in just pure hatred of women & riddled with pedophilia. though i agree that religion is a huge hinderance in the progress of LGBT+ rights, but homophobia was definitely a problem in the ancient times, way before religion was a thing.

That is something I did forget to take into consideration but I would say Ancient Greece didn't have a deep hatred to women it just depended on where you were in Ancient Greece's, Sparta for example was way more accepting to women then any other Greek state. But I do agree with you that it was still an issue back then just not as bad as it was (and still is in some parts of the world) now
