This will be held in
Latvia and we will decide about host city now!

You can start confirming with "I confirm!" or something similar to this (important is this, that you can't choose country).
First Talitha will choose random country for you and later you can send entry.

Talitha will accept song, if song wasn't in more then 5 contests + artist(s) didn't participate in ESC.
