 Bulgaria just confirmed that she wont participate at the 3rd edition of the Record Song Contest because of the poor results of the second edition and the low views she is gettingOh.. Sad to hear.. Will  Bulgaria return in the future (with you)? |

I'm thinking about making this contest a "Europen Contest" but I'm not sure. And I hope you know that it's turning out in a limit of participants and a lot of the current ones need to withdraw. |

If a "Random Contest" will be chosen,  UK will be divided to 4, I will allow borrowing and the North African countries (which are allowed to take part in ESC) and Uzbekistan will be able to participate.. |
