And I hope you know that it's turning out in a limit of participants and a lot of the current ones need to withdraw. If a "Random Contest" will be chosen,  UK will be divided to 4, I will allow borrowing and the North African countries (which are allowed to take part in ESC) and Uzbekistan will be able to participate.. I've always wondered why some contests let Uzbekistan participate. It has no land in Europe, it's not within the EBU area, and it doesn't belong to the Council of Europe, so what's the point? |

I've always wondered why some contests let Uzbekistan participate. It has no land in Europe, it's not within the EBU area, and it doesn't belong to the Council of Europe, so what's the point?
