  Long discussions in Sweden!After the press had revealed rumours about a possible withdrawal of Sweden in the contest,the continuative participation in the North Vision Song Contest was confirmed on a press conference by SVT later today.The discussions about the future in the contest were longer than ever, but yet did not lead to any withdrawal.It was also announced, that Fantasifestivalen 16 would be held to determine the entry with changes included.SVT has made a contract with a Swedish singer, who will perform 5 different songs. Out of these, the Swedish public will choose the entry.The artist will be announced at a later date.No plans for NVSC #17 were revealed yet. |

 RTS confirms participation for  Serbia in North Vision Song Contest #16. Probably our entry will be selected internally.

be selected through an upcoming edition of...
Üçün mahnı!
Next Sunday, the artist who has been internally selected to represent Azerbaijan will be revealed
for the first time and during the week, a total of 4 participating songs will be unveiled.
Voting in Üçün mahnı will begin on Friday 14th August.
