Hungary withdraws

Last edition's threat by Gabor Butthurtsky to withdraw if Hungary didn't reach the final has come to reality. Following Hungary's failure to qualify, Mr Butthurtsky announced that Duna TV would withdraw from the competition, and therefore Hungary too.

"Eva Novodomszky can do anything, this time my decision is taken, Hungary withdraws and I don't want to hear anymore the words "North" and "Vision".

Some of you here know why I'm withdrawing. I'm just telling the others now.

From next edition, I will be leaving the whole competition and tell you all guys goodbye. The reasons are various : lack of interest (I don't have the same passion for online contests as I used to have when I was 16), the fact that I'm starting my second year of university and that it requires a lot of attention, but also for the general mood that came here since some times (I won't be telling names or quoting posts in public though).
Just know that my motivation is not the bad results I'm having currently, it's not a decision I took in one night.

I truely loved being part of this adventure and that since the second edition with my first flop thanks to Bulgaria... Fucking Bulgaria, thank god James told me he wanted to exchange it with Hungary. If I knew how this exchange would end.

No seriously, I just loved making these videos, writing these speeches for the spokespeople, this false rivality I had with Logan, all the stuff about Eva Novodomszky in the corner and I forget a lot of other things... Truely I spent amazing times here.

I leave the contest and also the forum. I might come back from times to times and at worse if you want to talk to me for any reasons I'm on facebook and Kik so I'm not so gone. Also I might come back once in a while to see what's up for you guys and girls and how is going the contest, if people take care of my precious Hungary. 

Talking about Hungary, MG don't jump from your seat and dance right now you won't be getting it trololo. Before leaving the contest, there will be a country trade with two other users here. I won't tell who it is right now but one of them will get Hungary and you Mihai will end with the country I should be the new HoD of... Surprise surprise! Will it be a super one or a poisonous gift?

Anyway I think it's time for the veeeeeeeeeeeeeery boring time where I thank everyone for being amazing and blablabla... You don't want? Fine, I still do it I'm the author!

Thank you the NBU council for making this contest the best in term of realism, quality, implication, beauty and roleplaying. You spend your time making everything perfect, even despite the fact that some people still complain. I find it courageous and shows a great volunty to make people happy. You don't get all the recognition you deserve for your work.

I won't thank everyone personally, because it's not the place and it would take hours, but you might receive a message. 

Still thank you to all the past and current players, and future too. Thank you to the ones who were here before me, and the one who came after too. Yeah thank you everyone actually, because I think I can remember a good moment for almost every of you. Sorry for the most recent ones we didn't have time to know eachother more.

So here we go! I will vote for the last time in the final in two weeks, watch the results with you one last time... And I'm gone! I wish everyone good luck in the contest, sure, but most particularly in their personnal life, and if the occasion to meet some of you (in Eurovision? Who knows!), I will be the first happy!
