Äwenfestïvali will once again be the selection used to pick Kazakhstan's entry for NVSC #16.
The selection will contain 6 songs this time.
HOW TO APPLY?
Applying is easy, you just post in this thread that you wish to apply, and the juries will be drawn randomly.
Since there is two types on juries this time around, the internal and international juries, you may be drawn into either of those.
Internal juries and international juries have the same amount of power (as does the televote), and will award points in the same way.
The only difference is that the internal juries are represented under the flag of Kazakhstan, while the international ones are represented under the flag of the country they're from.

NOTICE ABOUT ASSOCIATE BROADCASTERS:
Associate broadcasters have 1 spot reserved in the international juries, which means that only one associate country can be a part of the international jury. Associate participants can still be drawn to the internal juries though.
NOTE: If you do not participate in NVSC as a participant/associate, you cannot apply.
As such, there are 4 free spots in the internal juries (me and Aliya already occupy one spot) and 5+1 free spots in the international juries (aka 5 juries will be drawn from NVSC participants and 1 from the associate countries).
