Glaray at the inaugural Fantastia Contest, being held in 
Crystalfall, Evergreen.Votes will be cast around Fantasia. The rest of the world will account for 50% of the votes, while the Glaraian public will account for the other 50%. For the ROW votes, after all votes have been tallied, they will be ranked from 1 to 5 - with 5 having the most votes and will receive 5 points, and 1 having the least votes while receiving 1 point. The same thing will occur with the Glaraian public. After the points are tallied and combined, we will have a winner.
Voting closes August 23.
