In reference to Egypt, all I saw on TT was "Egypt shouldn't have qualified" or "nope, shouldn't have qualified" or just general negative reactions.

I put time and effort into researching singers, their background, theirs songs etc. - making sure that they genuinely were Egyptian, listening to songs and putting them into three different categories of "pop", "ballad" and "traditional" and ranking them ... and well, no offence, but I'm actually a full time working man - a teacher, I'm not still a school student like the vast majority of you are ... I practically have little to no free time and I did all of that? I'm 99% at the moment towards just not bothering in the future.
