Borrowing Rules for Record Song Contest!
Notes:
When I write the countries that the borrowing countries are borrowing from (like
Italy, 
Spain, 
France etc..) I mean only Not Famous Artist
Not Famous Artists - Artists which their most famous song has maximum 1,000,000 views on Youtube
Vatican City - from Italy and famous artists from Lazio
San Marino - from Italy and famous artists from Emilia-Romagna
Monaco - from France and famous artists from Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur
Liechtenstein - from 
Austria, 
Switzerland, famous artists from 
Vorarlberg and famous artists from Eastern Switzerland
Andorra - from Spain, France, famous artists from
