Are co-HoD's even allowed to send votes? In the rule book it says that they can't in semi finals and finals. I do think that the official HoD should vote - it just seems that his co-HoD does ALL the work. No offence :/ And by that, I mean results for Serbia for the PQR. Not like Cyprus where Andreas voted for example.

I don't get why the co-HoD of Serbia didn't vote. He is active on Facebook and even asked me if he can become the co-HoD of Turkey. It seems like that he doesn't want to be the co-HoD of Serbia anymore but that isn't and shouldn't be a reason for not voting. or basically he's just bored being a co-HoD of a country who's HoD is inactive af The country doesn't matter

Co-HoDs cannot vote or submit entries for approval, even if they have the approval of the original HoD. Only the original HoD is allowed to do these tasks.

I still think that a HoD should leave his country if the Co-HoD is doing more work than the official one I can understand that if you are busy and can't host national selections, but the case of Serbia is just too extreme

well, after all there's an inactivity rule. Marko posted once in #14, twice in #15 and twice in #16 to date + not voting. If this rule is meant to be in effect, then here is the case, I think...

The co-HoD shouldn't (and isn't) be allowed to send votes, it should be the main HoD. Say for example Cyprus was in the PQR - you and the main HoD combine your votes and the main HoD sends them off - in Serbia's case it would have been the opposite, where just the co-HoD sends votes, as the main is very inactive. If it doesn't make sense it's okay

If it doesn't make sense it's okay well the latter already happened in #13 to be precise. I was originally going to vote alone, after permission from the council cos Shane hadn't logged in for a long time but he did vote a few hours before the deadline hence we combined out votes
