  News from GeorgiaTbilisi ♠ Georgian Head of Delegation Antone Gomerishvili told at the press conference for the sixteenth edition of
the Northvision Song Contest that Georgia will definetely attend the next edition.
Gomerishvili: "This contest is the reason why our country has so many TV viewers aged between 14-52.

The delegation around me already made plans for the edition held in the next winning country."

In a private interview, Gomerishvili leaked more information.
The most famous National Selection of Georgia "A Song For Georgia" will again be broadcasted!

to be honest, considering that
- Malta is smaller than Luxembourg
- Malta can't borrow
- it doesn't have really big music industry
- it's not a part of the Scandinavian wonder
I can't really blame the Maltese HoD for using the same faces again and again...

to be honest, considering that - Malta is smaller than Luxembourg - Malta can't borrow - it doesn't have really big music industry - it's not a part of the Scandinavian wonder I can't really blame the Maltese HoD for using the same faces again and again... Agree, but more than 1/3 of the Maltese entries were performed by Ira Losco (she took part 5 times and Malta took part 13 times) and ESC NSs aren't that original either imo |

Spain confirms participation for NVSC #17!  TVE confirmed 5th October 2015 that Spain will participate in the seventeenth edition of Northvision.
However, TVE has some financial difficulties, and will therefore choose Spain's entry internally. Spain's Head of Delegation; Cristian Gonzales confirms that the broacaster is open to host Mira Quien Va A Northvision at a later point, and that a break from the national selection was needed if Spain should have got the opportunity to participate in Northvision. |
