 Kerwan won't apply to host the competition due to an insufficient amount of sports facilities in the country.

 Lakadamia will not apply for hosting the second World Cup, due to the Basketball World Cup (coming soon, in November) is going to be hosted in Lakadamia for the first edition !

 Lanovina won't apply either, due to the fact that the 1st World Cup is already hosted on Northern Easton. Our interest in hosting is quite high tho, so we might apply for a later World Cup (maybe the summer one). |

Just a suggestion, but I think it would be more realistic if the qualifying rounds were regional, like with the FIFA World Cup. However, as the number of countries on each continent ranges from 28 to 1, I think it's a better idea to split up the world differently. Here is one possibility. There are 5 zones, each with 11 countries.  (All the countries are in the same place, I just centered the map on Easton instead of the ocean between Westmont and Centralia) |
