Just a suggestion, but I think it would be more realistic if the qualifying rounds were regional, like with the FIFA World Cup. However, as the number of countries on each continent ranges from 28 to 1, I think it's a better idea to split up the world differently. Here is one possibility. There are 5 zones, each with 11 countries.  (All the countries are in the same place, I just centered the map on Easton instead of the ocean between Westmont and Centralia) O  Selvin and I already thought about it. We made four confederations. The ECFC (14),WCFC (15),NWFC (13) and the SWFC (13). You can check them on the wikia. But thank you  Oooo 5 zones that would've been a great idea to make it even |

EDIT: 90`+1 instead of 91`
