The NBU kindly asks to submit the following:
- SPOKESPERSON -
The spokesperson has to be from your country!
Artists that have "decent"/"origins" from that country, are not allowed to be chosen (except they have participated for your country/in your selection)!
You shall submit a picture in high quality and close enough to the face of the spokesperson you selected.
- LOCATION -
Please choose a location within your country, which shall be in the background of your spokesperson.
Requirement: It must be evening/night, and please choose realistic places or main buildings, not streets or similar.
The picture shall also not have any watermark or website on it.

- SPOKESPERSON'S TEXT -
Please also choose a text, the spokesperson is supposed to say.
It must be sent via PM and please do avoid any insults or satire on other countries, no political statements are allowed either.
For breaks (in speaking), please include "*break*" (breaks between the points announcements are made anyway)
Please also try to include English/French only (not both in one), foreign language can be included but will then be pronounced in an English way.
Simple example:
Good evening, Jerusalem! *break*
This is Stockholm calling. Thank you for that amazing show! We've been really enjoying it!
You can see our first points on your screen.
*break*
Let's move on to the Swedish top 3.
Our 8 points go to... XXX!

10 points are for... XXX!

Remember, this is only a simple example! You can surely add realistic jokes or another way of speaking.
But please also remember, that too unrealistic speeches get replaced by a normal realistic speech by the NBU council.
