Thus,if you want to start a National Selection or to announce your artist,you can do it free.

Don't forget that you mustn't announce your song,otherwise you will be forced to change it.

IMPORTANT

This edition will be special!That means that only christmas songs or songs which released on December can participate

BUT

I won't accept countries which have plenty christmas songs to send a song which released on December instead of a christmas one.Exceptions will be made only at countries with small music industry.


You can swap your country with another user or to select a free country (Only for the users who hasn't already swapped and they have kept their country for 5 editions)
