If you wish to borrwo from another country you need to gain approval from the hosts first via PM Don't worry I already said that Aland islands can borrow from Finland That is not a logical rule,  has no ties to  except that they happen to partly rule them. Culturally is all  Swedish, so I would say borrowing from is far more logical. |

Don't worry I already said that Aland islands can borrow from Finland That is not a logical rule,  has no ties to  except that they happen to partly rule them. Culturally is all  Swedish, so I would say borrowing from is far more logical. Culturally USA and UK are similar yet they don't borrow. Australians Speak English yet do not borrow. The idea is that they borrow is from country that rule. Denmark Rule Faroe and Greenland I have never liked the borrowing rules and wanted to get rid but the borrowing nations keep returning |

Americans and Australians don't feel attached to the UK. The status of Aland was created after Finland became independent. Aland petitioned to the League of Nations to get transfered to Sweden. As a compromise, the League of Nations decided that Aland was to be autonomous within Finland, but the primary attachment of theirs is still to Sweden. So, they are part of Finland without initially wanting to be part of Finland. A sidenote: Please don't allow Finnish-language songs for Aland, most of them don't speak it and don't like it. |
