NVSC #17: PQR Hosting Submissions
The NBU is currently looking for broadcasters who would be willing to host the next PQR.
Rules for hosting the PQR are as follows:
- You cannot be the HoD of a PQR country. This is to prevent cheating.
- You can only be the PQR host if you are HoD of a full NBU member country.
- You are able to create a video recap, which will include all of the participating PQR countries, within the course of 3 days.
- You are able to collect the votes.
- You are able to present the results. A video is not required.
- You are able to select a host venue that has a maximum capacity of 5000.
- You are able to select a host for the show.
Although it’s not compulsory, a logo and/or a theme is strongly recommended.

 Austria won't apply ! After failing to host the PQR of NVSC #16 due to ending 6th in the hosting poll, the HoD of Austria decided to not submit a bid for #17. "We might show interest in the future, but for now, we don't have any plans on hosting it", he stated. |

 Lithuania won't apply due to being in the PQR itself (cry)
We hope to apply to host the PQR for #18 in some months !  |

 Croatia will not bid to host the PQR!
The broadcaster yet again stated that Croatia will not be bidding to host the Pre-qualification round. The reasons were financial difficulties, and not having a suitable budget for the PQR bid.
However..
The broadcaster, after many editions of not bidding, has stated that a bid in the future editions of the PQR for North Vision Song Contest will be possible! HRT has stated that bidding for the PQR will be a huge goal for the broadcaster, and stated that once a suitable budget for such a project was finalised, the broadcaster would apply. |
